Posts & Social
Includes public posts, remixes, snatches, likes, and comments.
Wardrobe
Includes your virtual models and generated outfit results.
Account Data
Includes your profile information, bio, and authentication details.
How to Request Deletion
1. Via the Aurora AI App (Instant)
For the fastest experience, use the built-in management tools in the app:
- Open Profile > Settings (gear icon).
- Tap Privacy & Safety.
- Tap Data Management to selectively clear posts, wardrobe, or activity.
- To delete your entire account, use the Delete Account option at the bottom of the main Settings menu.
2. Via Web Request
You can also manage your data here on the web. Sign in below to view options.

3. Via Email Support
If you prefer to request data deletion via email, you may do so by contacting our support team.
Processing Time: Manual requests are typically processed within 24-48 hours.
