Welcome to Aurora.AI. By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of Services

Aurora.AI grants you a personal, non-exclusive license to use our AI-powered styling features. You agree to use the app for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others.

2. Visual Content & Rights

You retain ownership of any photos you upload. However, by uploading content, you grant Aurora.AI a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the service (e.g., generating AI try-on results).

Note: You must own or have permission for any images you upload of other people.

3. AI Generation Disclaimer

Our results are generated using advanced artificial intelligence. While we strive for realism, results may contain visual artifacts, inaccuracies, or unexpected variations. AI-generated images are for visualization purposes and may not perfectly represent how a physical garment will fit or look.

4. Aurora Credit System

Usage of certain AI features requires Aurora Credits. Credits may be granted upon registration, as part of a subscription, or purchased separately. Credits are non-refundable and hold no monetary value outside the application.

5. Restricted Content

You may not use Aurora.AI to create or share content that is:

• Sexually explicit or pornographic.
• Harassing, defamatory, or hateful toward any group.
• Infringing on intellectual property or trademarks.
• Intended to deceive or harm others.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in harmful behavior. You may close your account at any time through the app settings.
