Warning: Account deletion is permanent. All your virtual models, generated outfits, transaction history, and unused credits will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your account directly through the Aurora mobile app or by submitting a request below. Looking to delete specific data only? Visit our Data Management page.
1. Via the App (Recommended)
For immediate deletion, follow these steps in the app:
- Tap your User Avatar (top right) to open your Profile.
- Tap the Settings icon in the top right of your profile.
- Tap Privacy & Safety from the list.
- Tap Delete Account at the bottom of the page.
- Confirm your choice in the dialog.
2. Via Web Request
To delete your account via the web, please sign in below to verify your identity.
Please sign in to verify your identity before deleting your account.
3. Via Email Support
If you cannot use the app or web options, you may request deletion via email. Please include your registered email address.
Processing Time: Manual requests are typically processed within 24-48 hours.
